Cancellation Policy

To cancel any placed order, simply call our customer service at +91.9718362832 (11AM - 6PM) or email us at Your order can only be cancelled only if it has not been shipped already. If your order has not been shipped and you have paid the amount via debit card/credit card/Netbanking, the complete amount including shipping charges will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made. In case the order has been shipped, the refund can only be provided after we have received the shipment back in our warehouse. In case of payment via cash on delivery, if the order is not accepted, cash on delivery will not be allowed in any future purchases for the customer.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The product is in its original packaging
  • Product isn't used or damaged
  • Product must have receipt or proof of purchase

We will not refund a product if it doesn't meet these conditions
